A businessman involved in multiple litigation A complaint that has been made (and heard in open court) that MrMirosevich met a womanasked for >$200,000signed a loan agreementfailed to repay in accordance with the documenti.edefaultsgoes to court. Subsequently Mirosevich agrees to settle at mediation (at a discount in his favour)"settles"fails to honour the agreementlitigates further etc etc etc It is believed Mirosevich has a number of unpaid suppliers to his construction business - including a long standing debt to Reece Plumbing who have now taken a caveat on his property It is further believed MrMirosevich owes money to the NSW Office of State Revenue for unpaid Land Tax It is not clear how MrMirosevich is solvent given significant unpaid debts? It is currently believed Mirosevich has fallen out with family members with whom he is in litigation in the NSW Supreme Court MrMirosevich may be described as litigious Beware.
