A businessman involved in multiple litigation. A complaint that has been made (and heard in open court) that Mr. Mirosevich met a woman, asked for >$200,000, signed a loan agreement, failed to repay in accordance with the document, i.e. defaults, goes to court. Subsequently Mirosevich agrees to settle at mediation (at a discount in his favour), "settles", fails to honour the agreement, litigates further etc etc etc. It is believed Mirosevich has a number of unpaid suppliers to his construction business - including a long standing debt to Reece Plumbing who have now taken a caveat on his property. It is further believed Mr. Mirosevich owes money to the NSW Office of State Revenue for unpaid Land Tax. It is not clear how Mr. Mirosevich is solvent given significant unpaid debts? It is currently believed Mirosevich has fallen out with family members with whom he is in litigation in the NSW Supreme Court. Mr. Mirosevich may be described as litigious. Beware.
