Information:

A business operated by Richard Andrew Mirosevich, a businessman involved in multiple litigation. A complaint that has been made is that Mr. Mirosevich met a woman, asked for >$200,000, signed a loan agreement, failed to repay in accordance with the document, i.e. defaults, goes to court, agrees to settle at mediation (at a discount), settles, fails to honour the agreement, litigates further etc etc etc. It is believed Mirosevich has a number of unpaid suppliers to his construction business - including a long standing debt to Reece Plumbing who have now taken a caveat on his property. It is believed Mr. Mirosevich owes money to the NSW Office of State Revenue for unpaid Land Tax. It is not clear how Mr. Mirosevich is solvent given significant unpaid debts? Is currently believe Mirosevich has fallen out with family members with whom he is in litigation in the NSW Supreme Court. Mr. Mirosevich may be described as litigious. Beware.
